Shipping Information

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (tax included).
  • For orders of ¥10,000 or less (tax included), a shipping fee of ¥800 will apply. Shipping to Okinawa: ¥1,500.
  • Mail delivery (postal drop-off): ¥450.
  • *The above fees apply to domestic shipping within Japan. For international shipping, please refer to https://store.ratatan.jp/en/pages/annai.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Pre-order items: Will be shipped sequentially from the scheduled release date listed on the product page.
  • Regular items: Will be shipped within 4 business days after the order (or payment) is completed, excluding year-end/New Year holidays and long national holidays (such as Golden Week).
  • If a preferred delivery date is selected during checkout, we will aim to deliver accordingly.
  • *If using Pay-easy or convenience store payment, the requested delivery date may not be met depending on the payment timing. In such cases, items will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • *Delays may occur due to weather, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Redelivery After Missed Delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, please use the delivery slip or tracking number (provided in the shipping confirmation email) to contact the delivery carrier's office within 6 days.
If the item is returned to our warehouse due to a long-term absence, your order may be cancelled, and round-trip shipping fees may be deducted.

Delivery Date Specification

For regular items (excluding pre-order and mail delivery), you may specify your preferred delivery date at checkout.
