Additional Charges

  • Consumption Tax: 10%
  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping for purchases over ¥10,000 (tax included).
  • For purchases under ¥10,000 (tax included), shipping fee is ¥800.
  • Shipping fee for Okinawa Prefecture only: ¥1,500.
  • Postal delivery (mail service) fee: ¥450.
  • ※ The above shipping fees apply to deliveries within Japan only.

Delivery Timing

Delivery will be made according to the delivery date specified at the time of order.
Available delivery dates can be confirmed and specified on the shopping cart screen.
Reservation products cannot specify a delivery date.
If no delivery date is specified, shipments will be as follows:

  • Reservation products: shipped sequentially from the scheduled shipping date described on the product detail page.
  • Other products: shipped within 4 business days after order and payment completion (excluding year-end/new year holidays, long holidays, and Golden Week).

※ Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, delivery company circumstances, etc.
※ For Pay-easy and convenience store payments, depending on the payment date, delivery on the requested date may not be possible; in such cases, shipment will be made as soon as possible.
